These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Once Upon a Us governing your use of Once Upon a Us. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Once Upon a Us on devices you own, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Acceptable use & objectionable content

Zero tolerance. Once Upon a Us has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree that you will not submit prompts or reference material that are sexual or pornographic, that sexualize or endanger minors, that are hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful.

• We screen prompts automatically and may refuse to generate content that violates these Terms.
• You can report generated content you find objectionable from the reader's menu. We review reports and will remove violating content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you provide and of the storybooks generated for you, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any reference material you upload.

Subscriptions & billing

• Once Upon a Us offers auto-renewable subscriptions (the "Studio" plan, available monthly or annually, and the "Nightly" plan, available monthly) and optional consumable credit packs.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Once Upon a Us is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
